Second room smelled of paint thinner asked to be moved off 8th floor entirely.
3 nights 3 different rooms. No heat, no blankets on bed. Facility under renovation, as a guest I was unaware. Pool are no towels and grounds unkept. Do a better job profiling your property’s ”

“They are renovating so this isn't really fair to judge now. I think they need a few more months. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the decrease in stars was due to there being mold/black areas above the shower near the shower head. I have found over the years using Expedia means they put you in less favorable rooms because you're discounted in room charge. (And the pool was closed.) Great setting on the Lake! ”
