Bella casa 2BR 2BA con piscina privata e vasca idromassaggio

La nostra casa si trova nella parte settentrionale dell'isola, a circa 8 minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Siesta Key e Siesta Village. In questa zona troverai solo case private, circondate da una lussureggiante vegetazione tropicale.

Troverai elettrodomestici moderni e tutto ciò che ti aspetteresti in una cucina ben attrezzata, e. g. piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie, frullatore, macchina per il caffè, smaltimento dei rifiuti, ecc. Nel ripostiglio c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale (entrambi sono Stearns & Foster).

La casa è arredata di recente e molto confortevole ed è ben attrezzata con lenzuola e asciugamani. Basta portare i tuoi oggetti personali. Ha anche un tavolo da biliardo full size che è fantastico se ti capita di avere una giornata di pioggia.

Attaccato alla parte anteriore della casa è il tuo molto privato, proiettato nella terrazza della piscina .. L'arredamento del patio comprende un bar / tavolo con 6 sedie.


La seconda storia è totalmente indipendente dalla prima ed è dove risiedono Kevin e Laurel.

Solo una breve passeggiata vi porta al Siesta Village. I negozi lì soddisferanno tutte le tue esigenze di vacanza: costumi da bagno, sandali e regali, cibo e bevande. Abbiamo una vasta gamma di ristoranti tra cui scegliere su Siesta Key.

Great Location!

Home was as advertised, great location near the village and beaches, really enjoyed our stay. Owner supplied chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, skim boards…everything was great!

Relaxing few days away from home

We booked just a few short weeks prior to arrival and the owners were absolutely amazing to work with. Upon arrival check in was easy and the property was clean. We had all the things needed for our stay away from home. We will definitely be recommending this property to those who plan to visit Siesta Key in the future.

Great Vacation

We had an amazing time. The 3 kids(8,6,and 3) all had a great time. They loved just hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Very short walk into the downtown area. Walked to siesta key beach a couple of times and it’s a very nice walk there. House was awesome and the owners are super nice.

Pleasant experience

The hosts Laurel and Kevin are the best. Quick to address any questions or needs you might have come up. They are still doing repairs from the hurricane but mainly on outside property nothing that effected our stay. A very quiet area.

Great first time to Siesta Key!

Loved staying here. Tons of room. The owners were very nice & accommodating. Loved the pool & hot tub. Tons of towels, chairs, umbrellas & boogey boards. Plus, the cart was an added bonus. Made going to the beach so much easier. We will definitely stay again!

Siesta Key delight

We stayed at Calle de Peru in Siesta Key village for 2 months and had a wonderful experience the property is the bottom half of a house and fit all our needs and desires We enjoyed our time and found the location perfect for us as we could walk to the beach and also walk into the village whenever we wanted. Kevin and Laurel are excellent hosts and were responsive to our needs. We will come back to this property in the future and are looking forward to another stay at Calle de Peru.

Great location!

It was very convenient to the beach, great for running/walking/biking and to restaurants. Primary bed was very comfortable! Kitchen fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots, etc.

Nice place

The kitchen was well stocked and they had an abundance of bedding and towels. Lots of beach chairs and a wagon.The hot tub was the best part of this property. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool at all because the water was too cold to get in. Beware the “3rd” bedroom is not a Murphy bed it is a mattress you take out of a drawer and throw on the floor in the living room. That was extremely disappointing. There were a couple non-working items and the pool table was fun but not in great shape. Short walk to the Village.

This place has everything you need

Kevin and his wife were amazing. Our trip in paradise was unfortunately cut short Due to a family emergency and they were understanding and helpful. The short time we were there we enjoyed The pool and hot tub. The updates are really nice as well. We hope to visit again soon

Ideal family getaway

The house is just what we hoped for. Walking distance to the beaches and to shops and restaurants. Quiet street, easy parking. The pool and hot tub are a bonus, especially on a rainy afternoon. We will definitely consider booking again for a future visit to the area!

Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family of four and there was room to spare. There were so many extras like beach chairs and a wagon and tons of beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need. And the owners are lovely. We will be back!

Relaxing vacation

The space was clean and nice with plenty of room for my fiance and I. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance of the beach and downtown Siesta Key. The owners were incredibly nice and gave us plenty of space. I would highly recommend staying here and we are planning on coming back!

Overall reasonable stay

Overall it was a good experience. The ice machine in frig was not working properly but owners provided ice. Parking was a little difficult for my Tahoe. Some of pool floats needed to be replaced. We could not use available wagon to haul stuff to beach, it needs to be replaced. Beds were great, to well supply was great. TV's were a little difficult to use. Batteries on remotes were dead. Bathrooms were good. Pool table was nice extra touch.

Wonderful time.

My family and I had a wonderful time while in Siesta keys. The house was great, very clean and everything you could need is provided. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub and pool table. The owners were wonderful and very nice. We would definitely stay again.

GREAT LOCATION...Close to Town & Beach!

The house & hosts were great! The house is everything I expected and exactly as advertised. We truly enjoyed our stay and it felt like home. There was more than I expected in the home and had I known there was a lot of I could've left home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pants, dishes, silverware (though low on forks) toaster, blender, appliances, coffee pots & more. There was salt, pepper & most seasonings one could ask for, pam spray plus lots of convenient pantry items like microwave popcorn, etc. There was laundry baskets, small amount of detergent, lots of bathroom towels & beach towels, extra bedding, pillows, etc. Honestly there's so much I wouldn't have brought had I known. BBQ grill with all utensils, etc. We even ran out of propane midway having a BBQ with friends one night and Kevin prompltly brought a new tank down and we didn't even have to remove the burgers. They are on it! The pool was great & hot tub even better. I did laundry several times while there which was very convenient so we were able to reduce the amount of clothing we brought. The hosts lived upstairs and we barely seen them other than in passing. Upon arrival there was a power outage/brown out due to the local electric company and although it took a day for the utility company to fix the owner's did everything in their power to make us comfortable. We truly enjoyed this house and our stay and the owner's living upstairs was a nicely added bonus for us. Thank you Dobberfuhl Family!

Roomy clean rental

Rental was very roomy and clean. Towels, linens, beach umbrella , chairs and beach towels are provided. We had 4 family members join us for a long weekend and the unit sleeps 6 people- 2 bedrooms and a Murphy bed that can sleep 2 in the family room. Having 2 full baths is a plus! Our grandson loved the pool and used the hot tub a couple times. The owners provide a cart for all the beach stuff but it is a bit of a walk to the public access beach, which has no bathroom facilities. So we drove to the main Siesta beach where there is parking but you’ll need patience finding a spot- took us almost an hour to snag a spot.. Be prepared bc parking is very difficult on any of the beach lots. When our family was here, we dropped them off at the beach and picked them up later which avoid the parking issue. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is about a 10 minute walk to Siesta center, which has fun shops and good restaurants. Free trolley rides run throughout most of Siesta. We walked to town each day as the weather was great and enjoyed dinner every night at different fun restaurants. Highly recommend experiencing the Drum Circle on the main beach every Sunday starting at 5 pm. Trolley will take you there.

It was like a home away from home. Everything you would need was there. Was very peaceful there, could not really tell that there were any other homes or people around. Laurel & Kevin were great.
