This was the first time I went with a house rental after normally staying in a condo right on the beach for many years. While a bit apprehensive at first it easily exceeded my expectations. Christine and Troys home was everything I could have wanted and beyond. Everything was top notch in my book, very well furnished, clean, and comfortable. I loved the neighborhood, quiet and very interesting to walk around take in all the different properties. Enjoyed grilling out on a number of nights and so much enjoyed just laying under the lanai reading. For those that love the beach, only a 15 to 20 minute walk or as I did early some mornings drive down to the public beach parking and do a nice exercise walk down to the Point of Rocks or Patriots Pier and back. I loved the privacy of the property when out at the pool or in the back yard. When I had some questions Christine or Troy would respond quickly, seemed to genuinely care about their guests having a most enjoyable time. Hopefully get a chance in the future to once again stay there.

Best rental we’ve booked (across the globe) in 20 plus years. Thoughtful touches such as a blue tooth speaker, bicycles, beach supplies and foil, ziplock bags, etc. Quiet neighborhood and pool area enclosure keeps bugs away and the perfect amount of sun in. We will return!

The house was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions we had. Our Christmas holiday was wonderful as we also enjoyed the heated pool. Would definitely recommend this house!

The house and property were a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 poodles. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was spacious and clean and had EVERYTHING we needed from high chair, pack n play, pool toys, beach wagon and chairs and much more. The heated pool was just right for afternoon fun. The bikes were in good shape and nice to have. Even the poodles had a fenced yard to play in.Another feature that was appreciated was that there are no stairs. The one story layout is nice.The hosts were very responsive and helpful. This really is a five star property.

This home is a treasure. It is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect size for my family of four. The location to the beach is great. It is a just a few minute drive or a 10-15 walk. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The pool is wonderful, and we spent many an afternoon or night, after the beach, enjoying it. Everything you could possibly need for a week’s stay, supply wise, was also there. We had no need to contact Christine and Troy during our stay because we had no issues, but when we did contact then before the trip and at the end, they were quick to respond. This was easily one of my favorite homes I have ever rented, and I enjoyed being there as much as I enjoyed the gorgeous beach of Siesta Key.

Fabulous stay!

We adored our time spent here- it truly had it all. The pool is a lovely place to spend time together, whether everyone is in the pool or not. The space is altogether comfy and well- thought out. The proximity to the beach is also a major plus! We would stay here again, no questions asked.

Wonderful amenities!

Our hosts were so helpful and accommodating, allowing us into the house a couple of hours early. This was key since we were traveling by plane with 2 toddlers under 4. The house is beautifully renovated and stocked with everything we needed from toys, beach wagons, sand toys, pack & play, booster seat and more. The pool was pristine and pool area very comfortable with lots of cushioned seating. It was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve had. Siesta Key was great fun and the beach lives up to its #1 beach status with easy access, good parking, restrooms, and clean warm water with child friendly waves. We’ll be back and will certainly stay here again if we can!

Spent Christmas here with my family. The house is beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed and then some. Location is fabulous and open floor plan is great for spending time together. Absolutely Amazing!

We were in Siesta Key, at this beautiful home through TS Debby. Troy and Christine were amazing. Absolutely unmatched generosity and hospitality. This home is beautiful and in perfect condition. Everything is fresh and new. The outdoor space is amazing for hanging out all day and the fenced yard is a huge plus when traveling with your fur baby. We enjoyed the home but the real gem here are the hosts. We have stayed in MANY homes in this area and have never been so impressed with personal attention to detail! Thank you both for a wonderful stay, we will be back as soon as we can get there!

Very nice home to relax and enjoy Siesta Key

The home met all our needs, It was wonderful and we will try to stay there again. Inside was very clean and provided everything we needed for relaxing weeks stay. the pool was great and our little yorkie enjoyed the back fenced in yard.
