We absolutely loved our stay at this home. There were 10 of us, ages 21- 79.A few of our highlights:POOL/HOT TUB/SEATINGPerfect temps and our families are huge football fans so we loved hanging in or by the pool with the games on the big screen.LOCATIONAcross the street from market (grocery store has everything and prices are reasonable)One block from the village! Great bars/restaurants and shopping.BEACH EQUIPMENTWe have always had to rent, so the chairs, carts, and cooler were a bonus. KITCHENHad everything we needed and the double dishwashers were great for our the continual cleanup. COFFEE BARThe upstairs bar area and seating was great for the 20 somethings to chill away from the parents.ELEVATORGreat for transporting the luggage up!ROOFTOPSuch a great view and another place to relax and soak up the sun.BEDROOMSStorage, Plenty of closet space and drawers in each room to unpack all suitcases.Bathrooms, designated bathroom for each room was a game changer!COMMUNICATIONNicki was very quick to respond, so friendly and helpful!

Recently had a 5 night stay at the Sand Dollar on Siesta with a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). It was fantastic! The house is absolutely gorgeous, and spacious! Fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels provided, and all the beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler)!! The location is perfect - a 2 min walk to the village, and a 7 min walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, with all linens provided. Nicki and Marcus were wonderful hosts, and very responsive. We hope to be back again soon...

We celebrated my 10 year breast cancer anniversary with family and friends. We loved the layout of the house, and the outdoor area was awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants and beach, and so nice to have chairs, wagon and a cooler to use.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place. The house is perfect for a large group with multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. The lower level pool has a great hang out area where people can get sun, shade, or hang in pool. Rooftop is great for sunset/sunrise. Super convenient location around the corner from grocery store and village. Right down the street from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Friends/family vacation

Loved our stay at the 6 bedroom villa just steps from the Village. We were 2 families with 4 children in total. Each couple and child had their own spacious bedroom and bathroom - what a treat. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice - the pool was a great size with a large lounge area that we spent most of our evenings swimming and playing games. And to end the night we like to venture up at the roof deck to enjoy the breeze. As I mentioned before you are just steps to the village to go enjoy dinner, morning coffee, or to pick up supplies at the store. Very doable walk to the beautiful siesta key beach and the owners provide you very new beach chairs and wagons. Every time we had a question the owners responded immediately. Really appreciated their prompt responses. The only suggestions I would have them is provide some kitchen towels, a vacuum to help keep the floors clean, and some better beach and bath towels. But overall would still give it 5 stars.
