Spend your vacation relaxing in this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome. On the ground level, you will find parking for up to 2 cars. The second level hosts a spacious living room, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen offers plenty of storage and stainless countertops. The living room offers space for the entire family to relax with large windows looking out towards the beach. On this floor, you will also find a powder room and the first of two balconies for enjoying the fresh island breeze and ocean view. The 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and second balcony are located on the third level. Located within walking distance to Siesta Key Village, this home is adjacent to beach access #10 – perfect for taking a trip down to Siesta Beach or enjoying a stunning view!
*This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.

Nice unit with a great view of the beach and water. Very convenient location and easy to get around. The unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed to for a two week stay. The management company was very responsive to the one issue we had with the keypad on the door and got it fixed timely. Overall, a good place and we are renting it again next year.

Best 50th beach birthday

We had a group of 8 and the house was perfectly adequate to accommodate allOf us . We cooked almost every meal at house- the big dining room table inside was perfect for eating and playing games as was the outside patio table . The views of the beach were breathtaking . My group is already planning a return trip next April !

Wonderful

Siesta key is absolutely amazing! We were right on the beach. As far as the home it was clean and was pretty much as described. Management did check on us after the tropical storm for any damage. Highly recommend staying here!

Review - 3 Stars

Overall, it was fine. The rental was clean, which is always the most important thing; however, we personally would not stay here again. A few things with the unit - As listed on the unit's description, there were ALOT of stairs. We had my in-laws with us and it was difficult at times for them. Additionally, hauling luggage up and down was not fun. We did have an issue the first night and did not have internet. The TVs are all ROKU tv's so there isn't cable as a backup so we had no ability to watch TV or use laptops. The issue was resolved the next day. The laundry on the bottom level was less than ideal. Another thing we noticed is that the beds weren't comfortable and the sheets were scratchy (a small issue). As far as the management company goes, the check in process was frustrating. I reached out to the management team prior to our arrival asking for an early check in (3pm rather than 4pm). They said this wouldn't be an issue as long as the unit was ready. Upon arrival to the management office, I was informed the unit was not ready and that I would be texted a code when it was available. We decided to go to the property and hang on the beach until ready. While we were waiting, no one came in or out of the unit which leads me to believe that it WAS clean and they were just making us wait. The location of the house was great and a nice walk into town!
