The Space:
This modern masterpiece on Siesta Key is the definition of a luxury vacation home and the outdoor spaces are a vacationer's dream! It's a vibe, from the expansive and fully functional rooftop outdoor living space to the heated saltwater pool and spa, featuring an oversized sun shelf and waterslide, and the nearby covered patio featuring a BBQ grill, dining, soft seating, 3 TVs, a billiards table, and carefully integrated landscaping beds to soften and add texture to the space. Adjacent is the turfed lawn, with ping pong, badminton, corn hole boards, and an array of chase lounge chairs, all of which are nestled amongst lush native landscaping! You won't believe the private rooftop (elevator access), with bar, 2 TVs, outdoor dining, soft seating, and games. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico, Siesta Beach, and the Village.
This home was carefully designed, just for you! Once inside this 4,500 square foot home, you'll enjoy the modern aesthetics and the spacious floor plan. The great room is incredible - it includes a chef's kitchen, amply sized living room, well-appointed dining area, and direct access to the main balcony with additional dining and seating. This home also has a club room or second living area, set up as a theater room with tiered movie seating, a wet bar with beverage fridge and seating, and access to a private balcony. There are 5 Bedrooms (all with en suite baths and balcony access) that comfortably sleep 16 people in beds; and 7 Baths (5 Full/2-Half Baths).
Floor Plan Description:
Ground Level:
Features covered free parking for up to 6 vehicles. It also features the pool area, covered patio, lawn, and the main entry Foyer with Elevator and stair access to the home. We include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. The First Level of Living (2nd Floor): It features a Great Room with a Large chef's Kitchen, dining area for 15, and a living room with a TV and ample seating, and a half-bath. The front balcony is directly off the great room and offers outdoor dining for 8, soft seating, and pool and garden views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level, both feature a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a shared terrace. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
Features a theater room with tiered movie seating for 7 persons, gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4, a wet bar (seating for 2) with beverage fridge, and a half bath. There is a charming terrace directly off this theater room. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor including the Master that features a king bed with large walk-in closet, a private terrace offering peaking Gulf views, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large 'wet room' with separate shower and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with a full over king bunk bed, custom storage and closet space for multiple people to share, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo and large vanity. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have direct access to a shared terrace, and all bedrooms have Smart TVs. The laundry room (with 2 W/Ds) is also on this level.
The Rooftop Deck:
This rooftop space is an elevated outdoor living space that our description will not do justice! You must experience this space; it's unbelievable! It offers Gulf and Siesta Beach Views, and a covered area with 2 TVs, rooftop bar, outdoor dining and living, and so much more. The sunrise and sunset experience here is supported so well by the amenities of the space, and trust us, you'll want to be up here throughout the day too. It is perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing elevated outdoor living space that overlooks all of Siesta Key.
Getting Around:
Close to Everything! You're just a short walk or bike ride to the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!
