Our host was very prompt and helpful, the house was very well appointed - especially the kitchen, and the location was great. Two minutes walk to shops, the market, and good restaurants - and five minutes walk to a great gym.

We loved this property. Excellent location just a block from the village where you have lots of places to eat and shops. There we took the free shuttle to the public beach. We also enjoyed having the wagon, cooler, beach towels and lots of beach chairs to choose from and walking to the nearby entrance to the beach. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Loved the screened-in balcony and nice size grill.

Noise during our stay

In general we enjoyed our visit and would like to come back to visit Siesta Key in the future. HOWEVER, there was terrible loud noise from the construction next door through our stay including having our young family woken up before dawn by 30min of trash collection and dumpster. It was REALLY bad in inconsiderate. An email was sent to us a day or say indicating that the management was "aware" of noise and monitoring the situation but this was not disclosed to us until it was too late. This part was VERY disappointing as could have been communicated and handled differently.

Siesta Key Vacation

The property is in a prime location. Very close to the Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. It’s within easy walking distance. The house is cozy and the management company was very welcoming. They are very responsive and at all times ready to solve any problems, should they arise. They have an open line of communication through a text message that you can use to reach them at any point during your stay. The only drawback is that Siesta Key in general has a lot of ongoing construction at the moment (this is something you can see all around the island!) and it can get a bit loud during work hours.

Beautiful home. Great location.

We loved the home. Everything we needed was there. I would suggest putting blinds on the bathroom window on the main floor bedrooms bathroom. People next door can see on from their deck. Other than that it was great.

Friends Vacation

We give this property 5 stars all the way around. It is a beautiful, comfortable home. Siesta Village and the beach are within easy walking distance. We appreciate all the extras—beach chairs and towels, a pop up tent and even the welcome cupcakes. The beds are super comfortable. In the evening we enjoyed the small pool area. I would highly recommend this property!

Family Spring Break

Easy walk to the most beautiful beach!!! It was a wonderful place to stay for our teen girls too because they could walk into town. Can’t say enough good things about the excellent property management communication.

Phenomenal Place….highly recommended!

There were 10 of us that stayed for the week (2 families with children 11-13). We had a total of ten of us. Location is perfect (steps away from village life). It’s a short walk to the beach (house has everything needed for a beach day). The backyard and the pool are much smaller than what the pictures depicted. Overall, A+ rating!

Great location.

We had a great time at Siesta. The house was perfect for us but the only disappointment was the pool/ jacuzzi. We rented the house thinking it had like a big jacuzzi which it was perfect for our group but unfortunately, is only habilitated for the owner. So the idea is to use it as a pool but is not a pool due to size. It would have made such a difference in our stay if we could have use it. Other than that nice home. Thanks for the cupcakes 🧁 Nice touch ;)

Perfect Stay

Property was perfect for our needs. A couple issues that came up were resolved with a call to the property management company. For future renters, the backyard does not get sunshine. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely rent again!

Clean and great location

We had 3 couples stay and the rooming worked very well. It’s only a couple minute walk from downtown and if you rent a scooter, it’s only a 3 minute ride to the beach!

Excellent townhome a block from downtown

By far the cleanest and well equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. All appliances seemed to be new (or fairly new), kitchen was well stocked with essentials, plenty of extra linens/towels for each bedroom/bathroom and the beach towels were a bonus. We didn't use the beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon, shade tent), but nice to know they were there if needed. Great to have a garage as we kept our golf cart inside (we never used our car after arriving - used the golf cart or walked everywhere). We had a couple questions for the property management company during our stay and they were answered promptly and to our satisfaction. We used the new info screen on the wall near the kitchen and appreciated having area info/recommendations handy, as well as townhome information and contact numbers all in one place. Even though we were only a block from downtown, it was very quiet (day & night) during our seven day stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future due to cleanliness, townhome layout, management company and location.

Close to the village-very clean

Very clean home very close to the village. Took just a couple of minutes to be right in the heart of the village. Close to the beach also. Lots of pans and dishes and chairs and beach accessories also. The home is very near to adjacent homes which makes it a quite loud outside on the porch depending on who is staying at the homes to the side and behind this home -only drawback that we had.

Fun in the sun

Our stay at Siesta Key was beautiful the home was very comfortable and that all our needs extremely clean and well-kept. All four of our grandchildren had a blast in the hot tub and it was easy to walk to town which made things much simpler.
