Vintage Cottage from 1936 across street from Beach and Heated Pool

Immerse yourself in historic Florida beach life with this one-of-a-kind accommodation! No other hotel or resort room can come close to the old Florida charm of The Cottage.Built in 1936, The Cottage graces the front portion of 515 Beach Rd. A lovely 20 x 20 screened in porch is the entryway to this fabulous Vintage Florida Beach House. As you walk through the two French glass doors, you are greeted by original pine wood floors, vaulted ceiling, pecky cypress paneling. The focal point in the living/great room area is a beautiful natural stone fireplace. The mantelpiece now hosts a 65 flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. The Master bedroom hosts a King size Bed which is a Serta ICOMFORT Memory Foam Gel bed. This bedroom has its own private walk in shower enclosure bath attached. There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom for your convenience. The second bedroom consists of two Queen Serta ICOMFORT Memory Foam Gel beds and also a large attached tub/shower bath. 2nd bedroom has a flat screen TV as well. There is a third room/den with a Twin Serta ICOMFORT Memory Foam Gel bed in it for extra sleeping space. By all accounts, it is a bedroom just lacking a closet. A full kitchen, with breakfast bar/buffet, makes family gatherings that much more delicious and economical with eating in. A nice outside patio is directly off the kitchen. (Maximum 6 Guests).

Absolutely wonderful!

The property is adorable and has everything you need. The staff is beyond accommodating and extremely nice. We had a wonderful mom getaway! The bikes were our favorite! Thanks so much! We definitely will be back!

The Inn on Siesta Key

Everything was perfect! Owner met us to give us a tour of property and instructions. Nice pool and the beach was very close. (cross the street and walk 100 yards) They had everything you need for the beach. They gave us snacks at check in and let us use their beach towels, wagon to pull items, beach chairs and umbrella. Very very clean unit with comfortable beds. Free parking spot for our car. Cooked eggs and made bagels for breakfast, they had a nice fry pan and utensils. Room towels were very very soft and fluffy. Stayed in 2 bed 2 bath Cabana unit. Perfect for 3 of us.

Cute little place

We had a great stay in this unit! It is small, but had everything we needed. Paige was such a wonderful host!! The wagons and beach gear were key in hauling our two little kids to the beach!! The warm pool was my daughter’s favorite part of the trip! We were worried it might be noisy with a shared pool right outside our unit, but it was very quiet and my baby was able to nap/sleep great! The only con was the curtain hanging on the door was held on by magnets and pulling the entire thing down was my 1 year olds favorite activity of the trip. 😂

Great location and great COVID stay

Love the friendliness of Page and Gabe. The place was spotless and one of the best equipped places we have stayed. Small but we were barely in the room so perfect for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay again
