Hotel vicino a Signature Theatre - Washington

“In linea di massima è andato tutto bene. Facile da trovare, ampio parcheggio, receptionist simpatico e veloce. La camera è la tipica americana, nel nostro caso con due letti queen, posto per i bagagli e bagno di grandezza adeguata. Unica nota negativa, se proprio vogliamo essere precisi, era il nostro condizionatore: molto rumoroso! In caso di sonno leggero diventa fastidioso.”

“How’s were very attentive and available for any questions we might’ve had. Check-in was smooth and the property was perfect for our trip. We loved the space. There were even some toiletries and kitchenware available for use which was very nice for our week stay. The location was also in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, nice for morning walks. Thank you!!”

“The room was clean! The staff were pretty great. They were very helpful. I felt like the parking charge was reasonable. Safe area with lots of food around. There's also a theater right next door! It was easy to get to. Also, dog friendly! I wish they had a bigger area for pets to go to the bathroom. The area that's near the hotel is a small alleyway and there's rodent trap boxes nearby with a rat skeleton nearby. That was disturbing considering rats carry diseases, but that was my only issue....

“Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They have no pool but a beautiful outside seating area. They also have a private cinema with Apple TV. 2 things I didn’t like were parking… valet parking is $44 per night. We paid for the first night but realized we could actually get street parking so that’s what he did for the rest of our stay which was free. Other thing was there was no bell man to help with our luggages. Overall a 8.5/10 stay”

“Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends.”

“We chose the hotel because it had a spa, which didnt disappoint and an outdoor pool. Overall hotel is very well maintained. Pool area a little small for the amount of guests, not enough lounge chairs..However Moises at the pool bar is a gem. Smiles easily, patient- considering ordering food can be challenging...he could use a food runner when its busy. Hotel ambience upscale and we felt safe. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I stayed at this property for a week. The rooms are clean, the vibe is modern cozy, the ameneties are very well kept, the lobby is inviting. The fitness center is large with every equipment you can imagine and there is also a laundry room. The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious and the coffee shop on property is excellent. The front desk staff were personable, flexible and just provided top notch customer service from the time I checked in...
