Hotel vicino a Signature Theatre - Washington

“Our son lives in the area, but only has a 1 bedroom apt. We have tried many different hotel in DC and the area. This one just fits us. The surrounding area is filled with a nice variety of restaurants, bars, etc…even a movie theater, all in walking distance. This was our 4th stay and the staff is always so helpful.”

“In linea di massima è andato tutto bene. Facile da trovare, ampio parcheggio, receptionist simpatico e veloce. La camera è la tipica americana, nel nostro caso con due letti queen, posto per i bagagli e bagno di grandezza adeguata. Unica nota negativa, se proprio vogliamo essere precisi, era il nostro condizionatore: molto rumoroso! In caso di sonno leggero diventa fastidioso.”

“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I was treated in a very rude manner by the front desk staff. It’s such a shame that a hotel would choose someone with that attitude to welcome guests. Instead of feeling good arriving at the hotel, I was left with a very bitter impression because of the way the receptionist spoke to me. When I expressed how uncomfortable the interaction felt, her only response was, “I’m just doing my job.” I completely understand that hotels...

“Hotel Heron is ideally located in the middle of Old Town Alexandria. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Kiln onsite restaurant was very good. We did have a couple issues with the room attendant who forgot to replace our wash cloths and made the bed with two top sheets instead of using a bottom fitted sheet. The sheet you laid was not tucked in so it slid around and got bundled up during the night. Annoying. Hotel’s valet parking is expensive so we used the Courthouse Garage...
