“The hospitality in this hotel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was friendly and you were always greeted! If we needed anything, they always provided for us. “This is a very good and serviceable motel. Rooms are clean and I got cleaning services every day over the weekend. Staff are friendly and helpful; I arrived early and they made every effort to get my room ready. I come to Carlisle yearly and I will stay here the next time I come for certain. Excellent value for the money. I think some of this motel's bad reviews are because they are based on their previous location, which was very run down. Great improvement since moving to this location.”

“The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway. Bad mattresses were old and uncomfortable: please replace them!!! The bathroom vacuum cleaner was so noisy... The swimming pool was clean and it's a plus if you have time and the weather is right.”

“When I booked this hotel, it was not called Motel 6. It was listed under a different name. However, when we got there, sure enough, it was Motel 6. The room we were given had a dirty floor, the bedspread had cigarette burn holes, and the room had a bad odor. I went to the person at the desk, explained what the room was like, and asked for a different room. He was very nice and provided us with a new room. “Even if the first impression was good, Service was bad in everything. We stayed three night and always found beds undone and room not cleaned. The first day the breakfast was decent and sufficient, the coming days we couldn’t find even a yogurt... and only after arguing with the receptionist, who said they were finished, he came back with two full boxes! Not right! In general, place and room were fine with very comfortable mattress. I would come back hoping to find a better service next time....

“Was a nice place while visiting Hershey park”

“Don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside, it needs some upgrading. The inside, while no frills, is exceptionally clean, and the beds are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy drive to beautiful downtown Carlisle. For a night or two, a great value. Will definitively stay there again the next time through. ”
