“Booked this room for $30 more than the going rate for a 2 star hotel because of the money shot the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was COLD non functional and pool was cloudy and dirty. It didn't feel sanitary to get in. Called for shuttle from airport and was told the van driver was at lunch at 1:30 and couldn't pick me up for at least 30 minutes. Frustrating. Shuttle only runs once an hour on the hour even though the driver sits in the van parked outside the hotel the whole time and it's a 7...

“The desk clerk was very kind, she got us in our room a little early so we could prepare for our evening plans. Then we checked out early for travel before the breakfast was ready and she prepared a sack breakfast for our trip and even carried it out to our car for us as our hands were full of luggage. I give her a 10+!”

“The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is a little older, but very clean. Keeping in mind that it can come off as outdated. A little bit of water pressure/drainage issues. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely sat here again! It is in a prime location next to lots of shopping and eating places. You could literally walk to just about anything you needed. ”
