“Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling.”

“I loved this hotel and I will defenetly stay here again next here! The place is just renewed and very very clean. The mood is so relaxed and comfy, my room was pool front with table and chair to sit outide, pool is very quiet and so all the rest!”

Graduation but rushed back to the awesome pool, terrific room and restaurant. We have family here we've never visited til now but will be happy to come often as long as we always stay here.”
