“The breakfast was good. The coffee tasted very bitter. The room was a handicap accessible room. The made took the chair off on the bathtub and my mom could not take a shower for the lastnight. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next...

“Check in after dark and they make you used the online checking. It doesn't work. They have a phone there to call that nobody answers. Finally some girl walk up. I couldn't even tell she was staff.”

“The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and even looked nice. The HVAC worked very well for both heating and cooling, and was not too loud. The bathroom was large and the tub and shower even had 3 different sprayers, two were handheld. The technician was awesome, and explained the whole TV problem. And after learning we were staying there because it wasn't far from the clinic where I had received a medical procedure and needed to mostly stay off my feet for 48 hours, he got two of...

“Very clean and spacious rooms. Felt and smelled new. The outlets were faulty. Our iron and curling iron would stop working after a few minutes of use. The rooms are not stocked with items like hair dryers and irons. You have to check them out at the front desk. They were out of ironing boards when I needed one. They also don’t have staff operating the front desk late in the evening - so if you forgot your card or needed any help - you would need to wait.”

“Shower was not being cleaned thoroughly, the tracks had build up. Room showed some wear and tear, baseboards were peeling off. Good breakfast and overall decent facility though.”
