Porta la famiglia e alcuni amici. Questa casa ben arredata è perfetta per le vacanze con un piccolo gruppo. Con 7 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni e 3 aree di raccolta distribuite su 4 livelli, ci sono luoghi apparentemente infiniti da raccogliere, trovare divertimento o nascondersi e fare un pisolino. La zona giorno principale ha 25 'soffitti, camino, 65 "ultra-alta definizione TV, cucina aggiornata, e un sacco di vetro con vista assolutamente incredibile vista sul Continental Divide, Lake Dillon, Peak 1, e Buffalo Mountain. La camera familiare ha un tavolo da gioco / puzzle e una TV ultra alta definizione da 55 ". La sala giochi ha un bellissimo tavolo da biliardo, TV 55 ", anche un po 'Pac-Man, e angolo cottura con vista sulle montagne. La casa ha il grande mazzo di intrattenimento più eccezionale con un bar integrato che vanta le migliori viste sulla proprietà, un pozzo per il fuoco propano, vari posti a sedere fino a 12, e una scala circolare unica che scende al patio di livello inferiore vicino al grande privato Vasca idromassaggio. Perfect house to a large group - GORGEOUS!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home. From the moment you walk in the views are amazing. We had 15 adults and there was plenty of room on the 4 different levels. We spent most time on the game room level enjoying the pool table, video game etc. Communicaton was easy with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

LOVE!

First time going out to visit Silver and all the surrounding areas and it was so snowy but beautiful! Ended up getting stuck in Edward’s due to i70 being closed. Still enjoyable being there too. -So understanding -communication 1000/10 -helping with whatever problem you may have, 10/10 We will for sure come back here and recommend!

Great for our family reunion!

We had 16 people - so max capacity, and it was a great gathering space for us to eat, play cards and games, etc. The property manager was very responsive and kindly sent photos of kitchen equipment so we knew what to bring (we drove). Would stay again. If you have all adults, be aware some will be sleeping in bunk beds in the same room.

Perfect central ski access

Easy driving access to multiple resorts, close to dillion for even more services beyond silverthorne. Excellent game room, kitchen, spa and sleeping for our group of 7. You cannot go wrong with this property.

Beautiful House With Great Location

This house was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for my large family. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed, and more! The location was fantastic with the house being super close to town and close to both Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain. The hot tub was a great addition as well as the pool table and arcade machine. Beware if you visit in the winter to make sure that your car has 4WD. The driveway will be very tricky if not. Also there is a lot of stairs (4 floors) so if altitude gives you issues, take that into consideration. I would definitely book this house again.

Rocky Mountain Christmas

Three generations of our family gathered for a Rocky Mt. Christmas. Some of our grandchildren live in CO and Utah - the rest of us came from Va and MD for a different kind of holiday. There were 15 of us - could have been crowded but the house provided enough space for everyone to be together or to do their own thing - it was perfect! We loved it and would highly recommend it to others. We overestimated the food and hope that we did not get downgraded for leaving too much behind - hope that it could be donated or used by the cleaning crew. We appreciated getting the driveway shoveled on Christmas Eve without even asking - and getting an extra pick-up of garbage and recycling early in the week. Management was very responsive to our request. All agree that it was the best Christmas ever!

Beauty beyond words

The property is beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. I've never stayed at a property that was so well equipped... Everything from dishes, spices, appliances. I would stay at the property again without a doubt. It was the perfect setting for the entire family!

Great for a large group.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. We were there to do some motorcycle riding and it didn’t disappoint. Driveway is a little tricky. House was very well stocked with everything needed. There were a few things that could use a little attention. Nothing that was a big deal. I will address with the management company. Be prepared for some stair climbing!

Family Celebration

This is the year of our 50th Anniversary! All of our family was here to help us celebrate!!! Everyone had the space they needed to relax. The pool table was such a hit and competition was on the line. The hot tub was claimed nightly. The beauty of the surroundings only added to the peaceful mornings. Such wonderful memories were made. Amazing house

This house was perfect for our three families that came for a bday trip. It was so great that the kids had their own floor with activities, toys, and a big smart tv. Tons of space. Epic views, Hot tub worked great. Kitchen was stocked. Check-in was the easiest ever. Loved this rental.

Wonderful winter getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this Silverthorne property! The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. It's wonderfully positioned so you can easily access Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. While it's marketed as a luxury estate, there were a number of overlooked items on the property that surprised us: scratched up doors, broken blinds, loose curtain rods, scuffed paint. While these things do not make or break a vacation, they were surprising given the cost of the rental. The sleds and snow ball toys in the garage were a nice surprise! It would be nice if the property managers communicated if/when the property would be cleared of snow during the stay. We didn't know what to expect so we ended up shoveling and plowing it ourselves on a number of days.

Grandview Perfect for Family Gathering

House is well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need. A Keurig would be nice. The pictures accurately describe the property. Grill and Fire Pit work perfectly, as does the hot tub. Views are spectacular and the home is close to Silverthorne, great parks and hiking trails. Highly recommend.

Great place for a big group!

We stayed here with 4 other families that we're friends with over the course of a week. Between everyone we had 7 kids under 7. The property managers were very accommodating and grate to work with and the house was spacious and had beautiful views. Minutes from the outlets at Silverthorne, and just a short drive to Breckenridge, Frisco and Vale.

Can’t say enough about this property. We loved it. It was my inlaws’ 50th anniversary and they took the upstairs master suite. They loved it. We shoved all the grandkids downstairs and we had a great combination of gathering for dinner and sending the kids down to do their own thing. Great place. Great hosts.
