WEATHER
Silverthorne sits at high elevation and regularly sees snow, ice, and fast-changing weather in winter. Snow removal services clear the driveway and main paths, but some natural accumulation should still be expected during your stay. Services will continue as conditions allow to maintain access.

During heavier snowfall, vehicles may need extra traction and momentum to navigate the driveway. Drive slowly and use caution when approaching the grade.

NO AIR CONDITIONING
There is no air conditioning in this home. Each section of the home is equipped with at least one fan for cooling.

NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

ACCESSIBILITY
This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

The cameras are primarily used to monitor local wildlife and for security when the home is unoccupied. They’re specifically configured to detect animals only — so there is no monitoring of guests at any time.
