Hotel vicino a Sinai Temple Library - Springfield

“Room was fine but... 1. Raising room rates by hundreds of dollars on college homecomming weekends is unconscionable. Nothing more than predatory pricing. I know all chains do and have for years but that doesn't make it right, esp when parents are struggling with the economic issues we face today. 2, Our room had no soap or shampoo!!!! 3, Coffee maker had only two pods, one regular, the other decaf. Neither my wife nor I drink decaf so we had to share our morning coffee. I understand that in...

“stayed 1 night with my family. Enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Rooms are very clean but mosto of all the staff at the reception are just great and very kind in helping us. ”

“Thank you for having us”

“A cozy Inn, in a good location, a nice decoration and a wonderful breakfast: we recommend it!”

“Service was poor no toothpaste or soap in bathroom”

“Place was older and in need of maintenance. The slider did not unlock, so you could park in front of the room but had to bring your luggage around. It’s in an impoverished area and looks to be unsafe. The hotel had many security cameras but a couple was loud and arguing in the hallway at 3:30 am and the hotel did nothing even after I called. We left at 5:00am after very little sleep.”

This one was well below the standards and does not need to have the Comfort Inn name attached to it. The standards and level of maintenance is well below anything an average travelet would expect. After checking in we were assigned to room 407. Our first impression was to see that there was a huge dent in the bed. It resembled a bowl. There were...

“Clean room and comfy mattresses. The place allows pets which found us waiting for the next elevator so the guest with the barely controllable Pitt bulls could go ahead. The person at check-in seemed like she was juggling a lot of other people’s duties but was quick, efficient and very accommodating. The room was basic but quiet enough. For the price though, I guess I was expecting the overall vibe and quality of the amenities at the place, like the small pillows and thin blankets to be a bit...

“La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Le zone comuni avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate. A due passi dal casinò. Colazione discreta. Personale gentile. Nel complesso non mi è piaciuto.”

“La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, la moquette risulta in alcuni punti da sostituire così come le carte da parati. Buona la posizione ed eccellente il personale. Buono il prezzo”
