“stayed 1 night with my family. Enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Rooms are very clean but mosto of all the staff at the reception are just great and very kind in helping us. ”

“Room was fine but... 1. Raising room rates by hundreds of dollars on college homecomming weekends is unconscionable. Nothing more than predatory pricing. I know all chains do and have for years but that doesn't make it right, esp when parents are struggling with the economic issues we face today. 2, Our room had no soap or shampoo!!!! 3, Coffee maker had only two pods, one regular, the other decaf. Neither my wife nor I drink decaf so we had to share our morning coffee. I understand that in...

“Thank you for having us”

“A cozy Inn, in a good location, a nice decoration and a wonderful breakfast: we recommend it!”

“Service was poor no toothpaste or soap in bathroom”

“La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Le zone comuni avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate. A due passi dal casinò. Colazione discreta. Personale gentile. Nel complesso non mi è piaciuto.”

“By far my worst day in a comfort Inn. I’ve stayed in quite a few comforts, especially in the Connecticut area and I’ve always had a great experience. After checking in we were assigned to room 407. Our first impression was to see that there was a huge dent in the bed. It resembled a bowl. There were...

“Clean room and comfy mattresses. The place allows pets which found us waiting for the next elevator so the guest with the barely controllable Pitt bulls could go ahead. The person at check-in seemed like she was juggling a lot of other people’s duties but was quick, efficient and very accommodating. The room was basic but quiet enough. For the price though, I guess I was expecting the overall vibe and quality of the amenities at the place, like the small pillows and thin blankets to be a bit...

“Place was older and in need of maintenance. The slider did not unlock, so you could park in front of the room but had to bring your luggage around. It’s in an impoverished area and looks to be unsafe. The hotel had many security cameras but a couple was loud and arguing in the hallway at 3:30 am and the hotel did nothing even after I called. We left at 5:00am after very little sleep.”

“Could not believe how expensive almost ALL hotels were in MA. This was not a great value for the money - but it was one of the few options we were willing to pay for. Definitely NOT worth the cost, but then I suspect most options weren't.”
