“This was perhaps the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pune. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, clean and have exceptional amenities. Plenty of power plugs with international outlets. Spacious bathrooms with rain shower. Great room service. 2 restaurants. Pool and gym.”

“Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...

“The hotel is a bit hard to find but the staff are extremely friendly. There aren’t any amenities like slippers, toothpaste etc. but that staff are extremely friendly and arranged for items that I needed.”
