“We stayed at Casa Coco, the oldest part of the Resort. All was good with exception of: WIFI in the room was not working properly but in the hall was very good and fast; cleanliness of the room and of the common parts not very precise, anyway acceptable (just few stains on the tablecloths and a bad smells from the shower plumbing). “The resort was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was wonderful.
If you’re the type of traveler that likes to wake up slowly, have a cup of coffee in your room with your loved ones before going out, or if you like to have drinks and snacks in the room, these are all strictly prohibited at this resort.
There were also windows in the bedrooms and bathroom that were uncovered. People walking by on the adjacent property could look into your room which felt like a breach of our privacy....
“The food is horrible and over priced. The garlic chicken did not have garlic then when asked the staff about the chicken.He smiled and told me it has garlic powder and which in fact didn’t.
I left after 1 night the room felt outdated .
Strongly do not recommend this resort .”
“The pool wasn’t available the time we were staying but the staff was amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us get a car rental and picked out some great places to check out the sunset. They also let us know which attractions and sites would be fine for my parents with mobility issues. Overall a great experience.”
“This is a beautiful resort. The crew was very helpful and friendly and assisted right away when we called for help setting things up. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the rooms were very comfortable. Air conditioning was great, and hot water showers were a plus. “We have family and business in Lazi so this stay is so convenient. It is 1/2 a block from town. Our reserved 3 bed room was given away so we opted for 2 separate rooms which was ok to have 3 beds and now 2 bathrooms. We saw that they are building a new kitchen to have their own breakfast place soon.”
