Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king sized bed, warm design touches, soft area rugs, and bedside lighting for evening reading. A private en suite bathroom includes a custom tiled walk in shower, farmhouse style vanity, plush towels, and thoughtful finishes.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and charming farmhouse inspired design. A full bathroom with a custom tiled walk in shower and farmhouse style vanity is located nearby.

The third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two queen beds and its own private en suite bathroom with a custom tiled tub and shower combination and farmhouse style vanity.

All bedrooms feature hospitality grade mattresses, luxury linens, extra pillows and blankets, and Smart TVs. A pack and play crib is available for guest use.

Bathrooms are stocked with allergy free, eco friendly toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. Hairdryers are provided for guest convenience.

Kitchen and Living Spaces
The open concept kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring subway tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, and generous counter space. Modern appliances include a whisper quiet dishwasher, oven and stove, toaster, and microwave.

The custom coffee bar allows guests to enjoy coffee exactly how they like it, with a drip coffee maker, French press, Keurig, and electric kettle. A starter supply of Door County Coffee K Cups, ground coffee, and tea is provided.

The living room offers a warm and welcoming space with a fireplace, plush leather sofas including a sleeper sofa, and a mounted Smart TV. Board games, puzzles, and card games are available for cozy nights at home.

Outdoor Living
Northwoods Farmstead offers space to relax and play, with yard games such as cornhole, Kubb, bucket golf, and ping pong, plus a dartboard located in the garage.

The outdoor bar, illuminated by vintage string lights, creates a fun and social gathering space. Nearby, the fire pit area invites evenings under the stars with Adirondack chairs, cozy blankets, roasting sticks, and a starter supply of firewood.

For warm weather adventures, guests can take advantage of two inflatable paddle boards with life jackets at Sister Bay Beach just minutes away. Beach chairs and towels are provided.

Entertainment Barn
The Entertainment Barn is one of the most loved features of Northwoods Farmstead and is located in a separate building from the main home. Inside, guests will find an indoor bar with seating, a mini fridge, a 65 inch Smart TV, and classic arcade games including Golden Tee and Ms Pac Man.

The walk in sauna comfortably fits up to eight guests and provides a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Door County. A full glass garage door opens directly to the fire pit area, creating a seamless indoor outdoor gathering space.

Safety and Property Notes
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, yard, and fire pit area for safety purposes. Noise decibel monitors are in place to ensure compliance with local quiet hours. These devices do not record conversations.

The home is close to the main road, so some guests notice occasional road noise. The yard is not fully fenced, so we recommend supervising kids and dogs outdoors.

Per Sister Bay zoning regulations, parking of boats, boat trailers, RVs, or RV trailers is not permitted on the property. Guests must use designated public parking areas for these vehicles.

Location Notes
The home is just outside downtown Sister Bay. Walking to town can take roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on route and comfort level, and driving is quick for easy access to shopping, dining, and the beach.

Check In and Booking Information
Guests enjoy full access to the entire property. Entry is via a smart lock with a unique access code generated for each stay, allowing for easy self check in. There is no long checkout list. Simply pack up and head out when your stay concludes.

After booking, guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload a photo ID to confirm age requirements. Accidental damage protection is included in place of a traditional security deposit. All payments remain on Airbnb.
