“Staff at reception were friendly, room was clean and nicely done, but. Fan in bathroom extremely noisy and takes 2 minutes to shut itself off after switching off, very annoying late at night, could only get channel 9 , 92 93,94,95,96. Nearly all other channels wouldn’t connect. No instructions on how to use foxtel, as we don’t have it at home had no idea how to connect to it. No information on what was to eat in the area, no take away, restaurants etc bedside lamp didn’t work. Very disappointed”

“Train station across the road wasn't ideal, we were in a back room so the highway traffic was okay. TV didn't work but was changed out for us quickly.”

“We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code! We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head. Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!! ”

“Great apartment very clean good amenities and great location. Be useful to have a kitchen rubbish bin as there was only one in the bathroom cupboard. No milk or tissues supplied but overall good stay”

“Apartment not as described No Bay view it was a park view if you lent over the balcony you could glimpse water through the trees just A very tired unit that needs updating Bathroom bench top completely cracked and not safe Check in was supposed to be three pm and we didn’t get in until after 5 as cleaners were working hard to get everything done Not worth paying extra for this unit like we did So many better places to stay at the waterfront at a better rate We were both very disappointed ”

“Budget friendly room in a motel. Clean and easy access if driving, walkable to public transport and shops. Motel was extremely noisy with car traffic noise, and noise made by other guests during stay. earplugs if you want a quiet sleep”
