“So we have stayed multiple times and it’s been great. However, this time they did not have the king room we reserved available. They said they were low on staff. Offered us 2 queens and said we would not be charged for parking or facility fee all week. We were still charged for the week. They only honored that for one day. “Great place and location. My only complaints are temperature control within the unit and also not being able to keep my car in the garage on check out day as my key was disabled at 10am. I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. Besides those 2 things I would absolutely stay there again but would...

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”
