“The studio unit had plenty of space and the kitchen was outstanding. Very comfortable bed. Really liked it. The full breakfast was very good although the scrambled eggs were on the cool side. Really nice selection.”

“The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.”

“Great location walkable to the Vail Village. Hotel is first class. Felt like I was in a 5 star European Hotel. Parking extra but worth it. Would stay again.”

“This place absolutely does not have AC. We woke up and it was 80 degrees in the bedroom. When we asked for a fan, they gave us a dehumidifier which made the room hotter. We let them know that the AC was broken, to which they responded that they don’t have AC. They did finally bring a portable AC unit but, because there is only a sliding door, the door would have had to stay open all the time - that doesn’t feel secure and lets in a lot of noise / bugs / heat. I wouldn’t recommend staying here...

“The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. It is an old hotel. But hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. We will definitely be back.”

“My only regret with booking this room was the construction right outside our door. Paying what I paid I’d expect some updates and allow me to decide if I ld like to continue my reservation. The river view was nice, just too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. Having workers outside from the early morning until 6pm made the trip average. 25th Wedding Anniversary hit a snag, and also offering Mountain Standard as a great choice for dinner; laughable seeing I again had to hear construction throughout my meal....

“No AC. That’s not generally bad in CO. Got a bottom floor and the screen didn’t work. So, slept in the heat with bugs. I’d say it wasn’t that great.”

“10/10 stay! Staff and hotel was great ! We were super impressed with the attention to detail for our 15M old! She got snacks & a toy during check in and they even included a teepee in our room for her to play. Would stay here again!”

“The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it...

“Nice room. Hot tub was nice. Amenities were expensive and were not included in the price, despite most options were not even open/available during our stay. Rental people upstairs were very helpful. ”
