“I absolutely love the Kimpton hotel! Main reason being that they cater to pets and I loved seeing other people and their pets as well. The black lady at the front desk that checked us in was so nice. I think her name was arianna. She provided me a list of dog friendly businesses in the area that benefited us greatly. Dog biscuits and potty bags were provided in the lobby. They also gave coffee/ hot chocolate in the morning and wine at night for us humans. The courtyard was a cute area to chill...

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”
