“Did not expect to pay for parking,disappointing. Outdated in style. Too expensive for no immenities. Advertises 2 pool whereas there is only one very small pool Tikki bar out of order. I paid $300 for an ocean view. Poor service. No continental breakfast included for the $300 room fee.Hotel in general needs a serious upgrade. Would definitely NOT recommend”

“This is a nice hotel in a great location. Staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast spread was the same every day but there was plenty to choose from and it was fresh & delicious. 2 compliants, there were no plates for breakfast for our whole stay which was super annoying, especially trying to eat Belgium waffles. So we were eating off spread out napkins & bowls 🙄 and the pool was closed which was a bummer ”

“I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! “We had to call the desk to get our room cleaned. We stayed 4 nights and got sheets changed twice. We were supposed to get free breakfast vouchers for the restaurant. Nobody told us until we overheard another guest talking about it. That happened on our last day. We had already paid for three breakfasts. Still, the staff were friendly. I would consider staying here again.”

“There was a very visible black hair in the bathtub. I have grey hair. In the morning a man knocked at 10:26 and then opened the door before I could answer to see if I had left yet. Very rude, should not have done this unti 11:00 or after.”
