“We went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and this hotel was walking distance to the venue and also the restaurant we met friends at before the show. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast too!”

I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces.
