Hotel vicino a Sky Zone Canton - Detroit

“The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit ”

“No the room was half clean the tv never worked and they stole my food from door dash in 2 mins property owner said not his problem and did not check the cameras ”

“They lie about the sizes of the beds. I was on a full mattress and they said it was a king. They said there would be a tub in my room. There’s no tub. The room was very small and dirty. There was no towels and when I would go to the front desk and ask for towels every single night they never had. I ended up having to buy towels from Walmart. I left them there so that they could wash them and give them to the next guest honestly.”

“Nice large room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good, great waffles, bagels, fruit yogurt, etc. Large well lite parking lot. A good value for the price. A1 staff.”

“The breakfast was pretty good. The airport shuttle was great. The check in was chaotic, the reception was full of frustrated guests. It was cold due to the automatic door not working and staying open... which by the way my husband fixed while we were waiting with no acknowledgement from the Receptionist. We have however stayed here before with no problems.”

“Hotel fatiscente, hanno dato una tinteggiatura qua e là per farlo apparire migliore di come sembra ma è orribile. Pulizia inesistente, capelli di altre persone ovunque e bagni impresentabili. Questo è un posto da incubo, evitate gente! ”

“I got to this hotel a little late and tried to check-in the receptionist told me I would need to put down a deposit which I don't have a problem with however. But I did have a problem with. Is the deposit had to be in cash of $100? Who carries cash with them in this day and age. So I ask her why can't I put it on my credit card that I'm checking in with. She said no. It's only cash you and I will receive the cash in the morning when I leave. I did not feel comfortable doing that beside. I didn't...
