“Probably my best stay in a hotel in the Smokies! The customer service was outstanding, the room was clean and cozy with the roaring creek off the balcony with 2 nice rocking chairs. The property is well maintained. The REAL breakfast at the Heirloom House was included each day and a real sit down, order from the menu, upscaled restaurant. They serve dinner and drinks as well. Excellent customer service there too. If you need anything like ice or water or towels, it's only a text message away and...

“Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. ”

“The staff was excellent and the location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. I will say when it’s busy you can hear your neighbors especially if they’re loud and crazy like ours were but that’s no fault of the hotel. ”

“Having access to the trolly was great! Breakfast was also amazing. Rooms were clean and the pool area was amazing for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.”
