“Bathroom small but clean ”

“Staff is nice rooms are “historic”. Beds are a not so good. You can hear everything that moves upstairs, in the hallway, next door…. Everything. Not notable for the price just don’t plan on going to bed till 11:00 or so”

“We had an excellent time at The Comfort Suites! The hotel is modernized, and rooms were also pretty updated as well. There is a pool and gym on the lower level but we didn't use those. The breakfast has a lot of variety for a hotel breakfast but could get busy during peak hours. The hotel is within a couple of blocks from the downtown which also made it really easy to get around without driving.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”
