“We booked at the last minute fir 2 nights as we were delayed sailing to Isle of Barra due to bad weather. Melfort was perfect for us to relax and begin our holiday, the family loved the pool and we had a lovely walk. The cottage was great. Most important the staff were just so helpful, they could not do enough. We are already recommending to friends.”

“I absolutely loved my stay here! It was very easy to find, staff were very communicative, and it was convenient to everything I wanted to do. Most of all, it was extremely quiet and peaceful, with an unbeatable view every morning. The nearby inn offered great food and friendly service for dinner, and the store was also convenient for snacks and coffee. I would most definitely stay there again. ”

“I don’t know what else to say other than this listing was incredible. It was so clean, in the best location, and just incredibly cozy. It looks EXACTLY like the listing. (Better in my opinion.) The host was so quick to respond and extremely helpful. Oban is a magical place, and this stay made it even more wonderful. It’s not if, but when I come back I will be staying with them again. ”

“An apartment in an outstanding Oban waterfront location with wonderful views. Comfortably furnished but be aware it is up two flights of stairs. It did have a sightly overwhelming cupboard full of cleaning materials, and the instructions and various booklets and brochures were a little over the top and could do with editing. Overall a positive experience because of the location.”

“Location in the heart of Oban so good if you don’t have a car. Bedrooms and bathroom recently decorated and beds comfortable but both bedrooms could do with some more furniture (dressing table/chair/hooks?). Not as well equipped as expected and some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing (saucepans and utensils).
