“It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed. The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel. The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back...

“The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...
