“The pictures are deceiving. The room was without electricity meaning kettle/TV/fridge were unusable and very old. The shower was old and outdated. The room was very small, hardly room between the beds. There was a boiler noise that kept us awake nearly all night long. The restaurant in the same building seemed nice and was well frequented. “2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

"Posizione ottima, la hall è molto bella e il personale all’accoglienza sempre gentile e disponibile. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. Il livello complessivo del servizio è un po’ scadente per un 4 stelle: una mattina non hanno rifornito l’acqua, un’altra volta non hanno lasciato il tappeto per la doccia, un’altra abbiamo trovato i pigiami appallottolati insieme e buttati sul comodino. In camera non c’è nulla a parte il sapone. Inoltre, nel wc ogni tanto arrivava acqua torbida e anche residui."
