“Excellent and kind staff. It was really nice to spend some time there. ”

“Bummer, room was a disaster when we walked in and transferred rooms. The gym was locked bc kids kept going in it. The business center computer was down both of them. The printer was messed up. The room lock case fell off our new room and battery was dead. We couldn't get in for an hour. The breakfast room was so packed that nothin was left by time we got down to eat so not even a cup of coffee until they got it refilled... And no food. Won't be back.”

“There was construction going on in my floor so noise late then early, and the road stank of cigarettes. Not a place I’ll recommend.”

“Only problem for us was breakfast was from 6 to 9 but for some reason Saturday Sunday got shut down bout 835 845 both days leaving me to pay $50 for breakfast for my family of 5 wen its free at the hotel.”

“This was a horrible stay. Elevators weren’t working. People were complaining about a woman screaming. There was a man bleeding from head in hallway. I was kept up from 12:30-4:30 am by people screaming outside my door. Eventually cops came and broke into room across the hall and things quieted. It was scary. They did refund my stay at least. ”

“ Checked into our room to find only half the water actually working. Brought that to the attention of the front desk, and they promised to look into it in the next few minutes and get back to me. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk in person to find that the front desk person I was speaking to had left for the day. Obviously, I was a little bit an Obviously, I was a little bit annoyed. Front desk person number 2 didn’t like that I was annoyed and thought I was blaming her for the problem....

“I was pleasantly surprised with the property. It was very quiet and the room was very clean. It also had a large frig as well as a small frig and microwave. No one had smoked in the room, which I appreciated. But there were people smoking on numerous chairs just outside the rooms. I live in an area where almost no one smokes, so I am really not used to it, and I don't like it. But.. at least they weren't in the rooms. the owners/managers were particilarly helpful!”
