Baite a Smith River

“It was a great time but the garbage was full when we got there. The check in process was a little tricky because they’ve changed management and I was expecting to be able to go to the office to get the keys.”

“Really nice place. Check in and out was seamless. Location was really close to the Redwoods and river beach, which we utilized. The backyard fire pit was awesome. Overall great experience.”

“The bed wasn’t that loud in our opinion. The whole place did smell really strongly like dog pee which was difficult at times to handle but we will just not choose a dog friendly spot next time. We would’ve liked a bit more information on check out responsibilities like where to put towels and trash. The hot tub was over-chlorinated but still a great way to spend the evenings and the privacy fence is really great. Overall we loved the place and it’s location!”

“Cute cabin but the thermostat was inoperable when arrived, the heater in the master bedroom was inoperable and full of dryer sheets. The master bedroom smelled of urin. The management sent us a space heater for the master bedroom but we had to deal with the urin smell the entire time. Won't be back for the price we paid.”

“Our family of three -- wife, son, me -- plus our dog stayed a night here on a trip down the pacific coast. Great little place a short walk from an easily-accessed beach that was never crowded and great for dog-walking. Hot tub was a nice addition. Main bedroom was comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was nice for our son.Food can be found about 5-10 minutes in either direction, possibly closer. There's a nice town about ten minutes north, into Oregon, that has a fine selection of restaurants...

“When we arrived we were given the wrong code to get into property and had to call and wait on hold for help. Once we were able to get in, we immediately smelled propane and knew there was a leak.we were able to figure out it was coming from the stove and shut the valve off and called Vacasa (the property management). The took the report and had their local handyman call to say he’d be out the next morning. He showed up after noon and couldn’t fix the problem and he would have to contact his...
