“This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. There were a couple of details from the posting that...

“The granny suite was just what we needed for a home away from home while we searched for an apartment. The suite was so clean and super comfortable and quiet. We loved how close it was to Bridge street and all the shops and restaurants. Carleton Place is just the quintessential little town with everything and we will definitely be back in the future!”

“I was in Perth for a family reunion in early June 2025 that was held in Stewart Park, right across the street from this VRBO rental. This area of Perth is very historic, with the Tay canal running right behind the rental unit. The rental unit was excellent - lots of dishes, good TV, large fridge, good air conditioning, and an excellent view of the street and the park. Very good location, with many shops and cafe's nearby. Great unit !”

Not so good: Problem with stairs given our ages and knee woes. No reliableTV service. No list of instructions or of nearby eating places. FInal choice was made due to Internet listing declaring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unhappily, one bathroom non-existent.”

“We both really enjoyed the property, spending much of our time like we were at home: just relaxing, cooking food in the really well-equipped kitchen and enjoying each other's company.
