“NO SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT”

“Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers.”

“The room was nice, clean, the bed comfortable and enough pillows. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The room is very close to the Airport and the car rentals. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Did not look at all like the pictures, had an awful smell as soon as we walked in. There was no staff in the building, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up.”

“Check-in was via computer and took quite a bit of time. There was an employee there but he did not help until he printed our keys. Property was well worn. The sofa was worn out. The bed was broke, luckily we had a second bed in our room that was fine. We arrived around 9pm. Room was very hot and humid so much so that the bathroom floor was wet. A/C worked but had not been turned on. Took a while for room to cool off. Breakfast was minimal. AM employee was nice.”
