The trash can cabinet could be labeled to make it easier to find. safety bars would also be a great addition for those of us who are advanced in years or handicapped.”

“Property is off the highway enough to be peaceful, but 30 minutes or less to anything you need. Loved the Texas decor-longhorn horns, cowhide. Plenty to watch on tv, grounds are nice. Didn't use the fire pit-June just isn't the right season. Washer/dryer were great for our two week stay. Wayne was attentive and often there taking care of the grounds. Took advantage of the dinosaur park and the state park as well as an indoor play park with our grandchildren. Pricing puts this place at a bargain.”

“We loved our time and stay at River RV. It was so peaceful and quite. Our host Curtis was very friendly and helpful. The RV was well stocked, clean and had everything you needed to feel and be comfortable. The scene from the RV to the river was beautiful, mowed and well kept. Everything you need is within a 20min drive and there is plenty of kitchen to load up for your stay.
