“Everything was fine. The mattress was really good.”

“First, the actual room was clean and in a great location. However, the complex is VERY OUTDATED. It looks like they have never done an update. Carpet in the hallways are torn. You have no way of adjusting the heat in your room. I was told that the whole building is set to a Temperature and you can’t change it. It is SO HOT!! Dirty sheets, etc. were pilled up in the hallway going to our room. A LOT of dirty laundry. The garbage bins are also in the hallways gathering everyone’s garbage which...

“The reason it got a not so great rating for cleanliness is the cleaning person never made it to the property because of the snow. However our group did with no problem so it was a bit unclear as to why they couldn’t make it there all day. ”

“Another great trip to Snowshoe. Weather wasn’t the best. Accommodations were very cozy. Communication with the owner was great but was not great with Melissa who oversees the accommodation while at Snowshoe. Also, the kitchen needs to be outfitted a little bit better. Other than that, my family and I had a great visit. It was nice that it was so close to the slopes.”

“Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes. There is plenty of room for 6 people however there could be a few more towels and wash clothes. Also the bunk beds are extremely hard and not comfortable.”
