Rondel the front desk manager is amazing. He not only does the front desk, he does the laundry and helps with cleaning the rooms. He goes out of his way to ensure that he and his staff go the extra mile for every guest. My next trip to Sevierville, this is where I will stay”

“Great staff clean rooms nice breakfast pool and hot tub were fun even in November , towels included, balcony was nice watched-deer playing in the apple orchard . Only negative was the mattress needs replacing”
