When we first got there our door wouldn't unlock due to dead battery to lock so went to the desk she put us in another room and it was the same way . So finally got put in room on 3rd floor after wanting our original 1st floor stay . Balcony wasn't very clean and didn't look like it had been in awhile and the ice maker on our floor didn't work and when room service came they took the trash and...

“Having the large suite with the washer and dryer was amazing. It’s walkable to a ton of restaurants and right across from the Dolly statue. For the price especially, it was amazing, but the overall feel of the place with a great bed and good sized kitchen was a treat to stay in.”

“Jazzy was very sweet and made check in easy. Breakfast was great with many options. We enjoyed the swimming area. Our only complaint was the bathroom. There was a cracked tile that was exactly where you had to walk through the bathroom and our shower needed to seriously be clean due to the red slim on the floor and build up on the side of the shower. Staff was notified of this upon checkout. I was told that the tile was getting fixed after we checked out and nothing was said about the bathroom.”
