“The location we are preferred. The area is no convenient for food.”

“The hotel room was clean, had basic amenities and lovely music playing when we arrived. I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. ”

“I loved the location, dining options, comfortable bed, view, complimentary items in the minibar, and the free drink and meal discount at the bistro downstairs. The only downside was the number of stairs to walk up in the accommodation.”

“Always a good experience. My door key stopped working at the start when i went back to my room at 2am and staff were quick to help me even with the late hour. ”

“Our only negative comment would be the smokers who have a designated area directly under our room and used it in groups long into the night. Great restaurant - would love to dine there again.”

“The gentleman and lady behind the front desk were awesome. The room was good. The only suggestion is on the desk leave a pamphlet outlining how to get to (what is near/things to do) shopping centre, chemist, arcade, food area etc. also, a small sticker stating how to connect to the internet on desk or on the menu sheet.”

“Lovely apartment so easy to access the trains and shopping mall. All within walking distance. Definitely recommend this location to anyone going to Melbourne”
