“Room was large, modern and clean. Unfortunately the blinds did nothing to keep the light out (strange blinds you had to roll to have the colours matched to be closed with a large gap between the two pieces and were still sheer. No facewashers provided so take your own. Doonas had no cover just a top sheet above and below so the second you moved in your sleep the sheets moved and you had bare doona touching you. ”

“Facilities were good, room was clean however, areas such as blinds had some mould on them and the toilet didn't flush properly. ”

“Rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The traffic was noisy late into the night which made getting to sleep difficult. It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking ”
