“Great location, friendly staff”

“Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. However, it proved to be an excellent base for us, the rooms were very comfortable (the beds are huge) and provided kettles, toasters, fridge etc. There’s no reception after I think about 5pm so having left my keycard in the room at...

“No plug in the sink. Fridge seals need cleaning, better still replacing. Fire alarm needs to be secured to the ceiling. No hand towel. General clean wouldn't hurt. ”

“The room was exceptional—quiet, private, and incredibly comfortable. Parking was free and easy, which made everything even more convenient. The staff were outstanding, genuinely attentive and always willing to help with anything. Everything was spotless and clearly very well maintained—I honestly couldn’t find a single fault. The bed was comfortable, the shower was a great size, and the bathroom was well stocked with good toiletries, along with clean washcloths, towels, and hand towels.”
