“The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean , the beds were comfortable and over everyone was very professionally. I will definitely stay at this location again.”

“Room was small and odd shaped. Had the king size bed but the sofa wasn’t the pullout like described. Wasn’t informed until check in that it’s an extra charge for parking. There wasn’t a tub shower as described; it was a shower stall. The “lazy river” pools and hot tubs were not very clean in one of the outside pools it didn’t seem that the pump/filter was working. “Enjoyed our stay very much! Super peaceful! We had kids from ages 2-14 years old and there were things for all of them to do. The pools, lazy river, slides, splash areas & mini golf were all together in one big area so, it was easy to keep all of them entertained and not have them spread out around the resort! Would definitely stay again!”

“The property was nice and very close to the beach. However, the floors in our suite were very dirty! We told the staff about it and that we needed extra blankets and towels. Someone came to mop and brought fresh linens and towels. The bathroom is very tiny. My daughter uses a wheelchair and there were no accessible bathrooms available. The amenities were nice but the decor was a bit old. The last night we stayed, our van broke down right at the entrance to the resort under the awning. The night...
