“Didn’t have to leave the property for much!”

“Well, the room was nice, great view…however, hot water was hard to come by…shower was cool/luke warm for 2 days…no answer from the office, the phone rings, then tells you there’s no one answering. I had to go to the office and tell them about the situation (and my tv remote had dead batteries). About 2 hours later, a custodian arrived with my batteries…no mention of lack of hot water on his sheet. “Buen lugar familiar solo que están en remodelación y es un poco complicado el acceso, lo que sí no me gustó fue que me dieron las agitaciones en el piso 1 y avía mucho movimiento de construcción segunda cosa que no me gustó que no fueron a cambiar las toallas de la habitación y eso que mi estancia fue por tres días, pero fuera de eso el ambiente muy bueno y muy buen lugar para los niños”

“This is a wonderful option if you're staying in Myrtle Beach. We had a king ocean view room. Room was clean and the view was amazing! The pool and lazy river downstairs were well maintained and good size. The hot tubs (4), pool, and lazy river on the roof (YES THEY HAVE THAT!!!) are smaller, but well maintained and had an AMAZING view! This resort is located in a great area not far from anything. “The first room we were put in had broken AC. They knew and still put me in it. Then did Not wanna refund saying I didn't report it. I didn't need to they had a repair men coming in while I'm in there. Finally got a new room 2nd day in and a small refund last day. It took a lot of time from my mother daughter trip and ruined our vacation. The ocean access and pool area were awesome though. If your short and young looking be prepared to be asked your age for the hot tub.”

“We checked in at approximately 12:00am, checking in was very easy. The late night representative held herself in a professional manner, very informative and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, sheets clean, good odor. And a Phenomenal oceanfront view!!! The breakfast bar was very nice, I was expecting some different items (out of the box)they didn’t, but they did have biscuits and gravy my favorite!
