“This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The hallways don’t have air conditioning and the room was insanely over priced for the location and amenities”

“The resort is an amazing location for families. It was my first time traveling with my 18mth old and teen and they both had an amazing time. The staff were all friendly and the amenities and food were great. This has become a family favorite and we will be back next year. Huge thanks to the front desk ladies, they were amazing and swift answering or assisting with any questions that I had.”

“This property was not what I had expected. Planned this trip as part of my daughter summer vacation. It was very disappointing. First night water and tub wouldn’t go down, but I didn’t report it till the next deal cause we were so Jetlag and tired sitting there eating food with my daughter. Something crawled on my leg when I looked. It was a roach disgusting told my husband in the middle of the night go to the bathroom. There was a next one sitting on the bed with my daughter something crawling...
