“This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. “The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. ”

“We loved how convenient this location is to the progressive ball park, 4th street for dinning and the Rock and Roll hall of fame was an easy 20 min. walk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately but it looked clean and refreshing! Looking forward to our next visit! ”

“This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Cleveland, and this hotel is the biggest reason. Walkable to Progressive Field, and the R&R Hall of Fame (Uber back, it’s uphill). So many good restaurants in walking distance, but you can just go to Betts! Great breakfast. Room was nothing special, bed was comfy, but the bathroom was very nice. Parking, like all major cities, is $$$. Would definitely stay here again”

“Service was ok while checking in, some of the front desk employees seemed aloof and didn’t care if you were standing there waiting in line while someone cut in front of you etc. Also upon check out there was no help offered for the 100$ hold that is placed on your card at check in (which they don’t even tell you about either). The room was beautiful but the air conditioning vents were super dirty and dusty and the cold air blew right into my face when it was on giving me a sore throat over...

“Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno al residence inn, personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera grande e spaziosa, letto comodo, con salotto e cucina, bagno grande. Ero al secondo piano vicino alla sala colazione, mai sentito rumore di traffico in strada e nemmeno dalle stanze accanto. Wi fi ottimo. Di fronte al Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, a 10 minuti a piedi da Huntington Convention Center. Si trova vicino a numerosi ristoranti, alla stazione del treno Tower City...

“Aloft was wonderful. It’s a little tricky to find. You have to pull into the parking lot, then take 1 bank of elevators up to the lobby. Then there is a separate bank of elevators to your room. Valet parking is $40. Self parking is $26 for 24 hours. We were just there for the night so it was $13 for us. If you do self park you pay every time you go in and out of the garage. However, if you’re looking to explore the Flats you don’t have to leave at all. We walked the Flats and had dinner at...

“Stayed there just one night prior to visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful with restaurant advice and parking suggestions. Yes, facilities could use a facelift but very clean and breakfast was good. ”
