“The staff was very kind and professional. There was so much that stood out as excellent. check in was fast. I was surprised at a few simple points for all the big amazing presentation. Smart eco choice for halls with no air con. No hand soap in bathroom, was told had to “ask” for it. I would assume cleanliness after using facilities would be essential. “The owner Yusof went the extra length to assist us. Sending us to places we needed to go and finally to the airport with a minimal fee. Best hospitality and service. Room was beautifully overlooking the lake. The traditional khaw yam bfast was super delicious. Hope to revisit in future.”
