“The room was very nice and big. The pool is heated and very nice. There is a very small gym- one bike, one treadmill, one universal machine. Amenities depend on the time of year. The sauna and cafe were not available during our stay at the end of March. The location is a pretty far walk to the lake but the staff was really nice and helpful. It was easy to get Uber when needed. ”

“Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting with a creek right behind the unit. Kitchen was simple and offered appliances we weren't expecting. Laundry facilities on site was a nice bonus. Only down side was the bed, which was quite firm. One of us loved it, the other not.
I used the WiFi for a zoom meeting and it was good enough for the task, thankfully. ”

“The deluxe double room was big, comfortable and clean. The corridors, room and lift seemed like they were new. A good shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Excellent location for the Skyline Gondola and zip wire etc - just walking distance. But need to drive into the centre of Rotorua. Parking was no problem because there's a bottle store and dairy next door and which have parking when parking at the hotel was full.”

“The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room.
We complained to you and the owner.
He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room.
It was very unhealthy to stay there.
I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything.
Absolutely awful!! Disappointed that you could not do anything to help us and we were forced to stay there for one...

“Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. Bring your best earplugs. Breakfast is decent, service can be slow. Tiny outdoor pool and two nice hot tubs. Maintenance is hit and miss: rooms...
