Ottima struttura
Bellissima esperienza, cristiana ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. La stanza era ampia e molto pulita. Letti e cuscini comodissimi. Le stanze davano sulla via principale ( consiglio i tappi per le orecchie ) . Unica nota stonata la colazione. Non si puo scegliere tra dolce o salata ma per 5 giorni ci è stato dato un croissant. Caffe della macchinetta buono. Per il prezzo pagato la colazione è l’ unica cosa negativa

Struttura centralissima. Situata sul corso principale, pedonale. Camera molto grande e curata in tutto. Gestore molto cordiale. Ottima colazione. Consigliatissimo.

Il nostro soggiorno, benché fosse solo per una notte, è stato davvero piacevole; abbiamo accumulato le luci di Sorrento, con la festa del cioccolato ed il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e siamo stati benissimo. Struttura a 20 m da P.za Tasso, comodissimo, pulito, personale cortesissimo e dispinibilissimo. Da consigliare.

sistemazione arredata con gusto
Arrivati a Sorrento come ultima tappa di viaggio, abbiamo goduto solo del sole e della vista del mare nelle due marine. In tempi diversi avremmo però potuto visitare i bellissimi posti nelle vicinanze.

Già dal nostro arrivo l'impressione e'stata ottima. L'accoglienza la disponibilita' la simpatia. Abbiamo passato delle belle giornate a Sorrento e " Casa Sorrentina" ha contribuito a lasciarci un buon ricordo di questa città. Grazie alla signora Sonia e alla sua collaboratrice.

This was a good place to stay in Sorrento if you want to be centrally located to everything. Train, ferry, shops, restaurants are all very close. The staff was wonderful and the morning breakfast was really nice. My only complaint is the street noise at night, especially on the weekends. If you're staying during busy season or on a weekend, and want to get to bed before midnight you'll hear a lot of partying in the area.

We didn’t end up staying there. It what not as shown. They say parking there is not any. We left and stayed elsewhere Terrible service very unhelpful

Hi, it is clearly stated on the portal that parking is a paid service, we are in the center, maybe read carefully when you book. the guests never showed up at the facility.

Casa Sorrentina is perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento just steps away from shops, restaurants, and historic sites. A three-minute walk takes you to panoramic views of the water and coastline. We were lovingly cared for by Antonella who prepared delicious breakfasts for us each morning and brightened our days. She is a true gem. Our room was large and comfortable, with a Juliet balcony overlooking the cobblestone street below were pedestrians strolled beneath orange trees enjoying the sites. Although there isn't on-site parking, there are two garages within easy walking distant. We enjoyed four wonderful days here and can highly recommend it.

It’s a guesthouse top of a shop without any amenities and services. Climb 2 floors on dirty stairs as there no elevators. Nothing provided except 1 set of towels. Breakfast only eggs, toast and cereal. Though rooms are clean. If you lock out or forget the room keys no one available at site to speak. Expedia must compensate and refund the room fees for incorrectly describing the property as hotel

We love the room and the breakfast! Antonella was really amazing. She took care of every detail for us! The only thing we did not like is that the elevator was not working. We had a lot of luggage and two elderly people in our family and it was really hard to bring them up two set of stairs. Other than that, Casa Sorrentina was perfect for our holiday!!

Spacious room, great location
Our family of 4 stayed three nights here. We had a great time! The room was extremely spacious, very affordable, and the location was right in the heart of Sorrento. Nothing much more you could ask for really. Each morning a lovely woman was in the lobby cooking fresh made-to-order breakfasts that my whole family enjoyed. If we revisit Sorrento we would gladly stay here again

Misrepresented big time. Very expensive for what you get. No elevator . Had to carry our luggage 3 sets of stairs (24 stairs). Elevator goes to upper floor, as they apparently don't want to share with expenses. Owner insisted on getting paid at check in (very unusual). Got a room with a window opening to another building's very close wall. Felt claustrophobic.We had to change room the following day with one that has a window on the main street.Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days, or you pay 10 euros if replaced daily. Towels changed every 3 days!! (we complained, and they did not charge us). First day only, they leave 2 small water bottles in the fridge. You get one small water bottle, each, at breakfast ...What a service!!! (but, no water on the other days).The 2 ladies cooking breakfast to order were very nice, but the breakfast space was like sitting in a box. Very busy and noisy street below with hard beat music. A very sweet girl sits at a desk from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, but don't know much.(was expecting info from the front desk !). It is more like an Airbnb, not a hotel (at least to me). We were not happy with our choice.

rude and arrogant guests, the room facing the interior is our cheapest room booked by you, to please you I gave you a more expensive room at no extra cost, nowhere does it say that we have an elevator in the services, then if you book a structure in the center like ours, confusion is normal, we are in the center of Sorrento in the midst of tourism, perhaps you wanted to stay in the mountains!! regarding payment we have a cancellation policy of 21 days before check in, but you want to change the rules and not pay at check in but at check out, you messed up even to pay the tourist tax. we have been at your disposal for everything, but if despite this you have not found yourself well, it means that at least we will no longer have guests like you.

This is a great place, comfy bed, spotless room, great location. It is directly in the center of town. Just be aware that the street noise is loud most of the night.

The location is fabulous. The women who made the breakfast each day were charming and wonderful. They made us feel at home and welcomed us. It isn't fancy, but the beds were very, very comfortable, and we loved our stay.

This hotel has it all! The location is perfect. You are able to get to the train station or ferry in minutes. It is surrounded by fabulous restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The staff at the Casa Sorrentina wanted to go the extra mile for our family of 4 during our 8 night stay. They were very helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was fantastic! A variety of items available and cooked to perfection. Our family stayed in the Quad room and it was more than enough space for us. You will not be disappointed if you visit Sorrento and stay at the Casa Sorrentina.

Perfectly situated room at Casa Sorrentina
Great location. Major sites walkable. Many eating choices and all kinds of shopping just steps away, yet quiet during the night. Room spacious and new, with ample seating and flat spaces. Roomy shower. There was a mix-up with our room, but grateful that Samuele was willing and able to resolve it the next day. Excellent housekeeping. Room was immaculately clean, and the Signora who does the housekeeping was so accommodating and attentive, which enhanced our stay. (So sorry we neglected to get her name!)

The property manager, Cristiana, was extremely helpful in making sure we got to Sorrento in the best possible way. She had frequent communication with us before we even arrived. Once we were there, she was welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. She made sure we had everything we needed, and gave great recommendations for dining and things to do. The rooms are spacious, well kept, and in a convenient part of town. Thank you Cristiana!

Enjoyed our stay
Location in center of town and convenient to shops and dining. About a 5 minute walk (lots of stairs) to marina / coast, which can take you to Capri. Service was exceptional and fresh croissants delivered each morning. They also arranged a driver to deliver us to the Naples train station. Everything was so easy thanks to Cristiana at the desk.

Exceptional stay and service all around. Location couldn’t have been more convenient. Nice big accommodation with well appointed common kitchen. The biggest highlight was super helpful host Christiana. She made the entire experience much smoother. With WhatsApp she set us up for smooth checkin. Then helped with professional transfers. And suggested and booked great trips. One of the best hosts we ever come across. Highly recommend this place.

The decorations and everything in the room is high quality and very comfortable. Our room faced the main street, which is noisy at night. Staff was very friendly and responsive.
