gentilissima siamo spiacenti che il suo soggiorno sia stato influenzato dai suoi dispiaceri esterni. qualche volta bisogna lasciare a casa i pensieri negativi per poter godere a pieno dei momenti di relax. Abbiamo cercato di poter renderle il soggiorno più confortevole possibile ma abbiamo fallito e questo ci spiace moltissimo. Purtroppo poche ore spesso non sono sufficienti per far svanire nuvole nere di tempesta. Abbiamo offerto un upgrade gratuito alla sua prenotazione riservandole una camera con balconcino. I letti sono dotati di topper (ormai tanto in voga ma decisamente piacevoli), vi è la selezione di due diversi cuscini e le lenzuola e i copriletti anallergici.. L'arredamento può non aver incontrato i suoi gusti ma per fortuna il nostro family run Hotel offre camere con stili diversi per poter soddisfare diverse vene artistiche. Sarebbe potuto bastare un suo cenno per poterle mostrare altri stili d'arredamento. approfittiamo di questa sua per poter lasciare un consiglio *** prima di mettersi in viaggio è sempre bello lasciare a casa i pensieri negativi e i dispiaceri per preparare l'animo all'avventura. ****

Il desiderio più grande è quello di far sentire a casa i nostri ospiti ed offrirgli l'esperienza di essere sorrentini per un pò. Ci piace prenderci cura dei nostri ospiti come fossero parenti lontani in visita a Sorrento. Per il check out alle 11.00 come suggerisce lo valuteremo, anche se poi saremo portati a dover posticipare il check in per gli altri ospiti. Ad ogni modo se possiamo offrire un check out ritardato siamo sempre felici di concederlo, comunicato in anticipo. Per i nostri clienti che invece avessero esigenze di late check out è possibile con un piccolo extra sulla camera. carissima cliente grazie per esserci venuta a trovare. Il nostro Hotel in centro storico è dislocato in maniera tale da poter offrire ai nostri ospiti differenti tipologie di camera. Partiamo dalle camere economy alle camere comfort con balcone. La camera da lei scelta era sicuramente una camera standard basic con vista sul centro storico con finestra. (possibile esporre al sole i teli mare. disponiamo anche di asciugatrici ed un ampio solarium dove potersi rilassare o lasciare i teli al sole). I nostri due terrazzi, uno al primo piano con vista centro ed un roof terrace con vista sul Golfo di Napoli sono perfetti per rilassarsi leggendo un libro o sorseggiando un drink. Le nostre camere sanificate secondo regolamento vengono ripassate più volte; in caso di esigenze speciali le nostre addette ai piani sono sempre felici di soddisfare i nostri ospiti. Il personale dell'accoglienza la ringrazia per il suo apprezzamento. Speriamo che possa sceglierci per un prossimo soggiorno (magari più lungo delle sole 24 ore scelte) per poter assaporare meglio l'atmosfera familiare e rilassante che cerchiamo di offrire. E chissà scegliere anche di provare la nostra colazione di cose tutte fatte in casa. a presto.

One of this rules is the key: in our Hotel to guarantee the security is necessary leave the key at the front desk; our reception is open 24hours to assiste. Our family run Hotel is right in the middle of Sorrento and we try to offer the atmosphere of a sorrentino family with the comfort of a Hotel. The notice of expedia says that we can provide the access to a pool which is not too far from our Hotel. We are in an ancient building of the city so it could not be possible to have a swimming pool.
