Struttura molto bella, incastonata in una meravigliosa limonaia dove si svolgono sia la colazione che un eventuale pranzo/cena. Vicinissima inoltre al centro e alla stazione, quindi molto comoda da raggiungere. Ma, purtroppo, i pregi finiscono qui. Abbiamo prenotato una Junior Suite "con idromassaggio all'esterno", servizio per cui si paga la differenza rispetto ad altre stanze dotate di bagno semplice con doccia. Al check-in non solo non risultava la nostra prenotazione sul planner, ma veniamo informati che la Jacuzzi è "chiaramente inutilizzabile in questo periodo". Nonostante la nostra lamentela, la responsabile della struttura ha rimesso a noi l'errore di "non aver letto la precisazione a riguardo di entrambi i siti, scritta a caratteri cubitali", alzando addirittura la voce per sovrastare la nostra. Abbiamo prenotato su Expedia, ma sul loro sito e anche su altri OTAs di queste fantomatiche indicazioni neanche l'ombra. In sintesi, abbiamo pagato per un servizio pubblicizzato come "Suite" ma alloggiando in una normalissima matrimoniale. Al checkout, ma anche durante la permanenza, non abbiamo più avuto modo di confrontarci con la responsabile che, a detta sua, ci avrebbe mostrato la segnalazione della chiusura dell'idromassaggio nei periodi non estivi. Spiace, perché la struttura è veramente carina e accogliente, specialmente le ragazze che lavorano alla reception e alle colazioni sono molto cordiali e disponibili, al contrario di chi dovrebbe guidarle e formarle.

POSIZIONE ottima, si raggiunge tutto a piedi in pochissimo tempo. PERSONALE gentile e disponibile, attento ai dettagli e professionale. CAMERA bella, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. COLAZIONE immersa nel verde, variegata e con prodotti km0. Anche il RISTORANTE merita di essere provato.

Struttura curata e accogliente. Posizione strategica. Parcheggio ( e non è cosa da poco ) a pagamento all'interno della struttura stessa. Immersa nel verde degli agrumi e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale davvero cortese e disponibile. Grazie per l'ospitalità

Struttura splendida centralissima in mezzo ad un agrumeto. Camera super accessoriata. Tutto ok a parte l'ingresso che risulta molto stretto per cui è necessaria molta attenzione.

Volete un hotel con i servizi da 5 stelle al centro della città di Sorrento, ma al tempo stesso economico e lontano da caos? Bene, il Relais Correale Rooms & Garden è quello che fa per voi. Ambiente familiare, cortesia e gentilezza ai massimi livelli, per non parlare delle camere che nonostante in pieno inverno sembrano essere oasi estive a tutto tondo. Nulla da eccepire, tutto positivo e splendido e se a dicembre è così, cosa sarà mai in primavera o in estate? Stay Tuned e vi aggiorneremo presto, perchè sicuramente torneremo in questa fantastica struttura

Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Von Sauberkeit bis zum letzten Kleinigkeiten. Dank an die Dame an die Rezeption die mich die Wege zu Stadt oder Hafen gut erklärt und gezeigt hat. Die Chiara die mein Frühstück immer zu lecker zubereitet hat angefangen von Kaffee Americano bis zu meinem Omelette. Sie hat es alles alleine gut hinbekommen.Ich kann nur dieses Hotel empfehlen!

A great location (about 5 minutes walk to piazza Tasso or the bus/train station) but very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, well maintained with some lovely touches. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast sat out under the lemon trees was lovely

A great find, the hotel is within a lemon grove. It is a short (flat) walk about 10mins to Piazza Tasso which for us was ideal as the hotel is away from the areas that were busy at night. The rooms were very clean and a good size, with high ceilings, tiled floors and AC all of which helped on the humid days to keep to room cool. The deal we had included breakfast which was a good variety and included cooked eggs and bacon. The staff were fantastic, the day we arrived we took a wrong turn from the station and turned a 5minute walk in to 30mins in midday sun, when we arrived the first thing we were offered were a place in the shade and some cold lemon infused water. Then on the last day we were given bottles of water for of onward journey. At other times the staff were available to offer ideas for places to go, things to see, book taxi’s arrange day trips etc.

La verdad es que nos sentimos maltratados desde antes de llegar, nos llamaban por teléfono para decirnos que teníamos que hacer check in antes de la noche. si no llegas cuando ellos te dicen te cobran lo que quieren. Desayuno esta bien, pero el personal es muy maleducado. Soy muy generoso con las reviews pero este hotel hay q evitarlo si no quieres pasar malos momentos.

Gentilissima Dalila Thanks for your review, we've been waiting for it!we called to find out your arrival time because the reception closed at 8pm and after that you need to notify us to arrange check-in ,there is a surcharge of 20 until 10pm and after that it is 50It would be better to read the emails that are sent to you or simply ,before booking ,the conditions of a structure, if you do not read and do not inform yourself unfortunately we cannot be blamedthe staff is not rude because if you ask for about 30 sachets of sweetener in three days of stay ,or to double the coffee pods ,that are provided free of charge in the rooms every day, it is not called rudeness but wonder at excessive, rude and pretentious requests from guests who think to be at the supermarket and not in a hotelHave a good day Ade Hotel manager

This lovely bed and breakfast is an imitate property with only six rooms and connected to a lemon grove. Breakfast each morning was outside where you can get fresh bacon and eggs, a variety of pastries and of course a cappuccino. Our room was on the lower level, there was a hot tub but it was too hot outside to use.

Just back from our stay at Relais Correale Rooms and Garden. The whole experience was amazing. The room was large, bright and very clean. Each day we were left fruit and water. There was a lot of variety for breakfast including bacon and eggs, cooked to order, all served outside in the beautiful lemon and orange grove. We ate twice in the restaurant again in the garden. The food and service was excellent. All the staff were pleasant, professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend to others.

Loved staying at this quaint little boutique hotel! The staff were so helpful and caring, breakfast was yummy and the room was big, clean and comfortable. The best part is that this place is located in a charming lemon grove and they run La Lemonaia, the restaurant in the lemon grove. It was fabulous and such an amazing atmosphere! I am already planning a trip back!

An oasis in the middle of a lemon orchard!
What an amazing 7 nights at Relais Correale, a charming B&B in a quiet section of Sorrento. Our king bedroom was colorful and spacious with a large bathroom, and our little patio included two lounge chairs and an umbrella - perfect for late afternoon relaxing. Breakfast cooked to order was so yummy! We used Relais Correale as our home base. It's a 5 min walk to several restaurants (try Franco's pizza), an 8 min walk to the train (easy trip to Pompeii), and 10 mins to Sorrento's big piazza, tons of shopping, and the steps down to the beach.The staff, the fresh food, the surroundings all made for a perfect trip. Bravo!

Is more like a B&B which suited us well - easy and direct access to our room. Only a handful of rooms as well, so a small place and situated in a lemon orchard. Service was excellent, the staff were wonderful. Only complaint was that the internet in the room was very spotty and often was not working at all. We fed this back shortly after check-in and was still a problem when we left 4 days later - so if you are relying on internet this may be an issue for you.

Beautiful blend of hotel and garden- The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and provided breakfast in advance when we had an early tour. The full breakfast with eggs and bacon to order was exceptional. Our accommodations were spacious and the gardens very relaxing.

Loved how beautiful and picturesque this property was, loved the breakfast, loved the luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Only disappointment was that due to being in a historical building, the room had only a single window, which opened into a staff area. Because of this it could never really be left open as there were always people right outside the window, and sometimes it was noisy.

Liked: Great sized suite with garden area and large bathroom. Great breakfast (excluding the mouldy bread) Disliked: Payment being taken 7 days before arrival when it clearly states payment on arrival. No support given by the hotel. We stayed at 3 hotels in total in Sorrento, all pay on arrival and this is the only one which took the payment a week before. Garden area full of weeds which could easily be tidied in 10 minutes. Staff making friends of ours who were helping on the morning of the wedding being made to feel like criminals as they didn't have a passport with them. They were dropping items off, doing hair and makeup etc and 3 bridesmaids. We deliberately reserved this large suite and garden area to accommodate a few extra people on the morning of the wedding only. Maximum 4 hours. But my now wife, was harassed and treated like a criminal for even daring to have a few guests in on the morning of her wedding.

Dear.....we have abundantly explained to you and to Expedia assistance ,that the payment is made when you can no longer cancel, and therefore you are in penalty if you cancel or do not come and the only way to understand if your card is valid is to block the money .. difficult to understand ??Regarding the fact that you have decided to use a hotel room as if it were your home and let in, without having notified us first, 10 people, but where do they allow you to do this?In a private property you cannot do as you wish, there are rules, and no one enters without showing a document, they are not in a common area but in the room, if unfortunately something happens, we are responsibleSo difficult to understand this too? the basic rules of a hotel IN ALL THE WORLD, if I had had a check at that moment by the authorities I would have risked closure (10 people including make-up artists and hairdressers and bridesmaids and photographers !!)You are not criminals we never thought that, but you simply had an arrogant and rude attitude!

Amazing and cozy hotel in Sorrento!
This was our highlight during our trip! Amazing service by the staff, anything drom check-in/out, breakfast, booking day trips, they assisted us with in. The hotel is in the middle of a small lemon farm, which make the stat even cozier! Definitely a 5/5!

Loved it, a different experience to enjoy Sorrento in the middle of a lemon garden. Rooms are huge and lovely, same as the bathrooms (a rarity in Italy). Staff are as friendly as they could be. We enjoyed a homecooked italian dinner at the restaurant. I can’t recommend it enough

Hotel is great! Really friendly and helpful staff. Everyone spoke perfect English. Amazing lemon orchard only 5 minutes walking from center of town with ALL the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this option when visiting Sorrento.

Small b&b that is reasonable, nice, and clean. Room was bright and clean and it was lovely to be in the lemon grove. Sorrento can be very touristy; this was a nice refuge.

A must in Sorrento
This is a cute little place to stay. The staff was amazing - top notch service. Ada helped with several local bookings too. The breakfast was lovely - they even coordinated for the day we had to leave really early to have food in the room. The room is nice, spacious (we booked the suite). Would also recommend the restaurant! It was also nice and quiet at night, but less than 10 minutes from the Main Street.

An absolute gem of a place and a calm oasis in the middle of Sorrento. Ade greeted us with a huge smile and an upgrade too, what more could you want! It doesn't feel like you're in the middle of a city - especially when walking through the rows of lemon and orange trees from which they make their own marmalade and juices for breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of a trip down the Amalfi coast and couldn't be happier ending the trip on a high here. Super welcoming, super friendly, massive beds, delicious breakfast, secure parking and fantastic location. Stop scrolling through other hotel options, this is the only one you need. Amazing!
Our stay at Relais Correale Rooms & Garden was amazing. Ade, the host of this property was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. She and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay, which we appreciated as it was our first time staying in that area. Ade also providing us recommendations of things to do around the area, and would help us organise these bookings if we wanted. The property was walking distance to the centre of Sorrento, and we took day trips to other areas of the Campania Region from there. The deluxe room we stayed in was very beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable and impeccable due to the room service everyday. Breakfast was also served in the outdoor seating area observing social distancing.The whole place feels very private and quiet (6 rooms in total), surrounded by lemon trees, although very close to the center, and we only saw a few couples there during our stay. Due to covid-19, masks were to be worn around the property and there was hand sanitisers left around the property to use. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering, and have already recommended this place to family and friends considering a trip to Sorrento. We wanted to book a few additional nights there although there was no availability, but would love to stay there again the next time we return!

Property was very nice although there were small ants in bathroom. I wouldn't recommend parking at Hotel as we scratched car getting in, even with help of staff guiding us. I wouldn't recommend driving in town at all.
