“Property is part private condos and part hotel. The parking and elevators are not marked, do not go to all floors and could end up on condo side. Staff was also confused and sometimes gave confusing information. Some of the pictures online are of condo only side. There are no rooms with ocean or marina views. “I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance.
I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

“The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine.
The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too!
The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...
